How long does it take to ship my order?
Regular shipping times are always listed under the product description. In addition to the shipping time, you'll also find the regular processing time we need to prepare your order for shipment.
The delivery time for posters is usually 2-4 working days.
Why can't you deliver within 1-2 business days?
We work according to the print-on-demand principle. This means that each product is only finalized when an order is placed. This eliminates overproduction and waste from unsold goods. The number of shipments and transport routes are also minimized, as we don't transport goods back and forth unnecessarily.
What payment methods do you have?
In addition to the usual payment options such as PayPal, invoice with Klarna and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), we currently also offer the option of paying with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order later?
Currently, changes or cancellations to orders are only possible immediately after the order has been placed. The longer we leave the window open for changes or cancellations, the longer it will take until we can process the order and you receive your order.

Will I receive my order from China?
No! We do not purchase our products from China. All designs are created by us or we work with freelance designers. All products are printed and shipped by our partners in Germany or the EU, depending on the order.
How does the return and exchange process work?
If you would like to return a product, please send us an email to retoure@gamerspark.shop or use the contact form.
We will then process your request as quickly as possible and get in touch with you.

Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value, except for promotions, vouchers, discounts, etc. Please note the relevant information.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email from us with an order confirmation and a link where you can track your order.
Alternatively, you can log in to your customer account (if you have created one) and view all your orders there.
