We currently offer the following payment options:

Further details on payment
When paying by credit card, the credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
When paying via ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Klarna, please note the respective specifications and conditions of the providers.
You will receive a confirmation by email after receipt of payment.
Your data is safe with us! All payments and personal information are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure maximum security when shopping.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is only possible within Germany or Austria.
Please see the table below for prices and shipping methods.
*The “free shipping from 80€” promotion is currently only available in Germany.

Unless otherwise agreed with us, delivery of goods in Germany will always be made according to the shipping time specified in the product description of the respective product.
For Austria, an approximate shipping time of 5 to 7 working days is expected.
Saturday is not counted as a working day.
If you have ordered items from different manufacturing locations, the items will be shipped and delivered separately.
The respective shipping service provider is responsible for the delivery of the goods.
Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt and inform us immediately of any damage using the contact form.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
We work with several shipping providers. Selecting a single provider is generally not possible.
A tracking number will be sent via email to the email address provided along with shipping confirmation.
You can return items within 14 days of receipt.
The customer must pay the transport costs for the return shipment.
Please do not return items without prior notification.
Depending on the reason for the return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.
Unfortunately, unannounced returns to the incorrect address cannot be accepted or processed. In such cases, a refund or exchange may not be possible.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us in advance using our contact form or send us an email to retoure@gamerspark.shop - we will be happy to help you.
Basic return process:
1. Register your return (via contact form or email).
2. Receive return address.
3. Pack the item securely and return it at your own expense.
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, you will receive your money back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
